“Das war nicht unser erster Besuch. Alles tipptopp wie immer.”

“Emre and Arif at the front desk were incredible hosts and accommodated our every request. The property is excellent and close to the M2 metro and great restaurants, bars and shopping. We will be back.”

“Very good service.”

“Staff was excellent”

“The rooms were amazing, the staff was kind”

A recent incident involving a solo female guest (Room 2011) exposes how dangerous and profoundly negligent this property truly is. Late at night, a front desk receptionist inexplicably followed the guest to the elevator, staring aggressively and confronting her in a highly threatening tone. When the terrified guest reported this predatory behavior, the front desk explicitly...

“Good location, good staff. Clean rooms as well.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained, with excellent facilities that make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Istanbul, within walking distance of Istiklal Street, restaurants, shops, and many attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was extremely...
