"Beautiful resort. The staff was friendly, ample parking, and the room was large and clean. Only issue was the a/c hadn’t been left on before we arrived and the room was HOT. But it did cool down reasonably fast! This was a great stay! "

"This is the second year I stayed at Spark by Hilton. I will say it was a great landing pad for my during my visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The rooms are very nice and it was easy to relax after days of hiking. It is super convenient to have the complimentary continental breakfast. Overall, I had a great time and will be back again next year!"

"Only decent hotel nearby, but the front desk experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. I had to ask about everything how to get to my room, Wi-Fi access, breakfast timing, pool hours, even where to find towels. Nothing was explained upfront. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested, almost as if they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service. It really made the stay uncomfortable. I chose this place because it’s a Holiday Inn under IHG and expected at least basic standards of hospitality. Otherwise, I would have stayed elsewhere. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you need is that kind of negative vibe."

"We wound up arriving 90 minutes early and they were able to check us in anyway which was delightful. This is not a destination hotel and they don't pretend to be. it was a perfect place to stay while going and exploring Joshua Tree National park. it was clean, perfectly located, and had a good pool for colling off. The only real draw back was the WiFi got very slow as the hotel filled up and more people logged on. it very often failed for any kind of streaming for peak hours. Went to bed early and was well rested for the next day. Overall it was a win."

"Room 724. The microwave was disgusting, very dirty inside and greasy and dirty outside. The night table was greasy. The floor very dirty, probably not properly washed in a very long time. The sink was clogged. The internet didn't work at all during our stay. Very disappointed, won't go back there for sure. "
