The staff were easy to talk too, the room was super clean, the mineral hot tub felt amazing!!! There were almost no guests there, it felt like a little slice of heaven.

Dude in the front was super helpful, polite, and super welcoming! The room was amazing! Super clean, very spacious, and comfy bed! We stood there 2 night and had book the spa treatment, super relaxing! We basically had the whole pool to ourselves as well, which was very nice! I would recommend this place and go back!

The Onsen is a very nicely renovated property. Large, comfortable rooms. Great continetal breakfast included with the rooms. Tracy did our check-in and she is lovely. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the area.
