Staff was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and so was hotel but the hallway to our room had a misty smell and so did the room. The hotel was close to everything and we felt safe. The breakfast buffet was mediocre we didn’t like the breakfast at all.

Wonderful hotel. We had an issue with the television in our room and they offered to move us immediately. We declined because we weren’t going to be in the room very much but the fact that they responded so quickly was very much appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Very clean hotel. We would definitely start again.

Pretty decent place

Fast check in. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpet could have used a good cleaning. Felt a little dingy on the toes.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel but it was sad to see garbage on the property as I looked out my window. In fairness it appeared to come from the overflowing dumpster on the next door property.

Great weekend getaway

Customer service at this location is top notch! The staff were all so nice and helpful! Had a late check in during their shift change and they were both very nice and they apologized for the wait (it was literally like maybe 3 minutes) which was not a problem at all but did appreciate the communication about what was going on. All the staff we encountered the entire weekend were all very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and fresh and the worker kept it nice and clean and well stocked. The pool is small but was a good temp so that made the weekend even more enjoyable. There is a patio right outside the pool for smoking so we could step out and still keep an eye on our child (she is a good swimmer and old enough to be in the water for a few minutes without us being right there). The location is nice. It was peaceful at night with the windows open (as long as the sound of traffic doesn't bother you). It's close to several restaurants and shopping. It's not far from downtown and is right by a main highway so easy to get around the city. We will definitely be staying again!

The room was ok, the customer service was wonderful at check in and check out. I definitely enjoyed the shower in my room and coffee. Although, my room smelled like someone was smoking previously, the curtains did not block as much sun as I would hoped and breakfast was ok. The overall stay was ok, great for budget, but only for a temporary stay.

Close to eateries and some shopping/ convenience stores. Decent area surrounding. A little age so interior was dated. Elevator ran a little rough and noisy. Overall good stay. Highly recommend

We had been on an extended vacation camping, and with frigid temps, decided to sleep in comfort for the night. We were not disappointed. They gave us a list of food delivery places and we hunkered down in a warm cozy room. Hot coffee and breakfast in morning, was cherry on top!
