Total experience was excellent!!! The bed was comfortable but sat way to low to the floor for us 70 something’s with back & knee issues. But, I would definitely stay again & will recommend it to friends going to Indianapolis. The front desk staff went above & beyond being helpful.

The room was very nice. I did need to unplug the radio in order to have a useable outlet for my C-pap machine. The top outlet didn't work. We were so happy that the staff was able to put us in a room that had a view of the circle lights.

The entire stay was amazing. The ease of valet, to checking in to checking out was really great. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very close to near by attractions that are all within walking distance.

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. When HVAC came on it was loud. Worked well but loud. Parking in a downtown hotel in a big city is always a chore. We used the valet service which was good.
