"We stayed at Riverview and had dinner in hotel’s Oak and Embers restaurant. It was great with some vegan choices I very much enjoyed, even not being vegan. Host Santos was great! He described dishes for us, engaged in conversation and when we asked about all the unique furnishings, and banquet area plans. Afterward, Santos gave us a fabulous behind the scenes tour of the sultan room and some collections that past owner Jim Vitale had acquired for the resort, as well as remodel for banquet plans. Santos is a true asset to this hotel. It made our trip!!"
