What a delightful property to spend time in, vey comfortable and roomy. Fully set up kitchen with quality items. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ingham. Host very helpful and pleasant. We wish him well with his properties.
Stepping in to the apartment was like stepping back in time with gorgeous Art Nouveau décor, but with the comforts of modern day 2024. We enjoyed our short stay of two nights in the apartment and even though it is on a main road we did not hear any road noise when we slept. Our Sans Souci apartment was a peaceful, private, clean oasis to retreat too after our busy days. Our host Adam contacted us via SMS and self entry into the apartment was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ingham.

The property was lovely....few little things..there was an issue the keypads...which made for an interesting first impression...the 2 power points in the bathroom were not working..the main door onto the balcony was not locked...general appearance was neat and tidy...had absolutely everything except for a hair dryer...still the accommodation was good and convenient for access to food shopping....
The owners have done a fabulous job updating a classic building with higher-end furnishings and appliances. Our room was spacious, had recently been updated including the bathroom, and the owners had done everything possible to make the experience as good as it could be.
However, I must forewarn guests that the location can be extremely noisy as it's adjacent to the highway. Our room was close to the street and we had a tough time getting the kids to bed due to the noise from trucks. I realize the owner can't change the location, but perhaps double glazed windows could reduce the impact from the traffic?
Overall, I was impressed with the efforts of the owner to create a great place for a stopover but our unit had more noise than we expected.
Refurbished hotel done very well. Loved the size and finishes. Do yourself a favour and book this room. We will definitely stay here again when passing through.
The property has been nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Only negative is the road noise and noise from apartment above being a ground floor unit.
