The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay."

"The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. "Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."

"Me and my partner stayed for two nights and absolutely loved our stay, the hotel is in the perfect location and walkable distance from everything. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The kitchen facilities were so clean and convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping with transport ect. We also received two free travel cards for our stay, which we used to get the bus to the airport. The hotel also has a sauna and gym which were wonderful. We would 100% coke back! Absolutely amazing and can’t believe the price! "

"The hotel was amazing. Perfect location for the Christkindlmarkt. The next morning after having multiple beers, red wines, etc. some in the group needed special attending to. Katarina, a beautiful lady, made it a point to create a soup that was healing and warm. I would definitely stay here again."
