I asked for a receipt or confirmation for a refund I requested due to them NOT changing the sheet, and he told me he is not obligated to give me a receipt. He screamed at me and told me to “get the hell out of his lobby” for absolutely no reason, and told me I was not a customer because I paid through a third-party. I have never been treated so terribly at a stay. Do not recommend for anyone. Unsanitary. "

"A home away from home. Safe, cozy, and caring environment."

"Needs cleaning up on things like doors and paint, long walk from parking To go to the elevator. THE ROOM: Hot water was an issue, had to let the water run for 5+ mins before it would get warm to wash hands or take a shower. The handheld filter had visible black mold on it. The power for the headboard only worked on one side and they here-rigged an extension cord out the headboard to make the outlets work. The water had a smell to it. The TV was fine but connectivity to Netflix was extremely laggy. Several buffering moments, and button presses on the remote wouldn’t respond for approx 5-10 seconds. "

"I left early, I couldn't stay here more than one night. The room had a stench that stayed on my clothes. There were no amenities. "

"Ample parking. Room good size with King bed on 2nd floor. Eager and friendly desk clerk upin arrival. Room was clean. Phone was inop. No iron or ironing board in room, so had to walk to front desk and walk back with board and iron. Back in room amd could not turn on tv with remote. Bavk to front desk. She came to room and got the remote reprogrammed and working. Had coffee from lobby on way out last morning. No breakfast options. Limited dining options within walking distance. Ate at nearby Spin Pollo (Peruvian chicken) and IHOP. Good food overall. Overall I would say the hotel not worth the rate for value when compared to other nearby hotel options."
