“This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. ”

“Beautiful Hotel with very friendly welcoming staff nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent food 5 stars to the Chefs and kitchen staff. I highly recommend the Coddled Beef Steak to any meat eaters it’s delicious as was all our meals. Added bonus of evening entertainment with lovely chatty bar staff. I will definitely stay there again. ”

“Really well presented property with very functional and immaculate rooms. The staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. I was surprised but loved how welcome dogs were. Beyond their control but parking is limited but I guess that is par for the course. I would definitely stay here again.”
