"An amazing hotel ruined by poor management. You will be expected to wait after check in for a room you’ve already pre booked for hours. Don’t expect to make your reservations due to the hotels tardiness. We were told after waiting for hours in the lobby with our luggage that a food and drink voucher of $300 would be applied. The operations manager (Heather) was immature and rude to us after sitting in the lobby for hours telling us to go to our room and calm down. We stayed here a couple years ago under a different name, this hotel has gone down hill unfortunately and we will not be back. Remember that voucher? They never applied it and charged me for all the food and drinks, I had to call back and explain everything again even though they told me everything looks fine with payment. Don’t come here, we will not be back again. You will pay for luxury hotel and won’t get that experience. Hot tubs didn’t work one time in our week stay."

"The beach had a lot of seaweed. It was racked early morning but came back throughout the day. If you went in water, you swam with it. Pool was cloudy the last two days with black stuff floating in it "

"I love this place!! It’s my second time staying there and I’m sure I’ll be staying there again next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale. The location is amazing, everything is walking distance from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and very helpful."

"I was unable to access the internet from my room. I checked with the front desk who put me in contact with the IT department. unfortunately after a half hour of trouble shooting they were unable to resolve the problem. I ended up having to do my work at the pool."
