"Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay honestly. 2 minutes walk to family mart when we were jet lagged at 2am. Direct access to the huge mall with everything you need. 5 minutes walk to local 188 food center and a ton to see nearby. I don't know another reason to stay elsewhere in Ipoh honestly."

"Very good location, good restaurants and coffeeshop just right outside hotel. Hotel also provides shuttle service to and within town area, with very helpful Addy that showed us around Ipoh town, pick and drop us via WA chat. Clean n maintained room"
"The room is clean and spacious enough for two. Staff are friendly and helpful. A mall and a night market (just a few stalls during weekdays) are nearby. There are also eateries at a residential area that serve roasted goose/duck, chicken rice, dim sum, etc. Shuttle service to the airport is great."
"The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy."
