I book 2 bilik. Byk kali kena tukar bilik. Mula2 sbb karpet basah dan ada lipas. Bilik satu lg plug x berfungsi. Tv ada tp xde line, telefon hanya sebagai hiasan, xde wayar pn disambung. Kebersihan mmg out. Sorry, this hotel is out of choice for me ever again

Got a great night's sleep in this quiet comfortable hotel. WiFi was free and adequately fast. A good breakfast place was close at hand in a row of shops nearby. I'd stay here next time I come to Ipoh. Excellent value!

写真と情報と全く異なる古ホテル

チェックインして驚いた。掲載されている写真は確かにホテルで撮影されているものだが、いつの時代のものかわからない。玄関には空き缶がおちていて、ロビーには電気すらついておらず、ソファーセットもくたびれたものがおいてあるだけ。レストランがあると表示されていたにもかかわらず、あったのはバプのみ、しかも、滞在中はオープンしないとのことで全く使えない。リノベーション中、とはいえ廊下やエレベーターホールはエアコンもきいておらず暑く不快。

Bad environment

Maintenance is very bad, room is full with dust. There’s no water supply in the morning time before our check out time, receptionist is not helpful and just try to push the responsibilities to others. After waiting for an hour, the staff only came up to give us another room key to get shower with no hot water supply. Definitely will not come back to this hotel again in the future !

Old hotel building with maintenance required.

Value for money but carpets and room can be more clean. Pricing of every single item make it sound like Guests are treated like thieves. Building is also very old. TV channels basic local.

Budget but slightly better than motel

The reason I choose this hotel was due to the location as it is located near to my relative home. This hotel is not located near to the Ipoh town and thus the price is relatively cheaper but do expect that the hotel is similar to a budget hotel quality with slightly above average. I've stayed there few times but the last time was a bit disappointed as the water heater was not functioning properly but the room was clean.

Nice but don't expect what it says

Despite saying so in the description there is no premium TV channels, no wifi in the rooms and no concierge service. The tea and coffee maker included a kettle but no tea or coffee. However the room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. Also the girl at reception was very helpful and lovely and made up for the lacking facilities at the hotel.

L'hotel et les chambres sont dans un état correct, mais il est éloigné de tout. Le personnel de l'hotel nous avait déconseillé d'aller diner à l'extérieur pour des raisons de sécurité et d'absence de restaurant à proximité, pour nous forcer à diner dans leur hotel, alors que nous avons trouvé des restaurants locaux très bien et pas chers à moins de 10 minutes à pied
