4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The furniture and fittings were the cheapest possible with no towel rails to hang towels or drawers to put things in. The check in was extremely slow and on leaving they tried to charge me for a breakfast I had already paid for. No de-caff tea available on evenings. Staff were generally friendly. Expedia did not give the room and breakfast I clicked on on the website. Expedia experience was terrible - will never use them again.

Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed.
