“I stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.”

“Absolutely beautiful and unusual historical building that a portion of it was turned into a hotel and is located next to a college. Had very modern rooms with very tall ceilings and beautiful furnishings. Will definitely stay here again.”

“I have stayed here on two occasions. It is a budget-priced property with great benefits which makes it an exceptional value. The rooms are immaculately CLEAN. That is VERY important to me. The rooms and property are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. There is a microwave, refrigerator, TV, and A/C in the rooms. There is also free WiFi included. There is a notebook in the room with lots of helpful info. I expect to need a room in the area several...

“My husband, a few friends, and I took a trip to Buffalo from Brooklyn, NY, to attend the Bills game. We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It was super cleaned. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and it was conveniently located near stores. We will definitely stay here again.”
