Conveniently located near airport. A bit dated, but clean. Staff were very kind.

I liked the historic feel of the building; it has an old-world charm, if slightly rundown. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. I splurged on a suite, and due to travel slowdowns, checked in at 11 p.m. The bar was already closed, and the offerings from their "store" were extremely limited, and there were no close convenience stores or restaurants near the location. In the morning, I went to use the in-room coffee machine pod set up that was on a bar in the living room, but not only was it not plugged in, it was far away from any usable outlet. Also, when I went to use the iron and ironing board, the board was out of sorts and needed to be repaired. I hope they can make some thoughtful adjustments to ensure their rooms are fully ready in the future.

All of the staff were helpful, polite, respectful, and made me feel at home. I would stay at this Hilton again if I visited my family who live in Buffalo again. I was there for a funeral.

Room could use updates like bigger tv as shown cleaner showers and floors. Other than that not to bad

The property wasn’t too bad. The pool was very nice. But the room was lacking. It was a little outdated and seemed a little gross. Someone had thrown up behind our headboard of our bed and it hadn’t been cleaned either so that was also gross. The tub as well was just outdated and the lining inside was coming off. It’s a good place to stay in a pinch.
