"The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only. "

"The staff is very respectful and so helpful. Anything that was needed was achieved. Clean friendly environment. The breakfast was wonderful. I even had family that have been to other hotel's and said they never experienced the variety of things available. The kitchen staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. "I could not sleep the first night. It was so hot and there is no individual room temperature control. It’s really not ok, especially at the price you pay! Just because 69 is good for some, doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone! I was trying to get it lower to no avail. In addition the shower bath water was not going down. When you are showering the water is standing, which is disgusting. This needs fixing asap!"

"Room was a bit outdated for the price. Daily paid parking is expensive. Continental breakfast is expensive for what is offered. We probably wouldnt stay again."

"Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"

"Stayed here last night. This is a huge, beautiful historic building. The room we stayed in was updated and bright and very comfortable, huge bathrooms. The butlers were very attentive and friendly bringing ice to our room and giving great directions. Breakfast was delicious, offered choice of sweet or savory breakfast sandwich with salad, or yogurt with fresh berries and granola. Breakfast room was not busy with beautiful surroundings. Lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk, and arena is about 30 min walk or 10+ minutes to take the free streetcar. Definitely would stay here again if in the area."
