Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

"Following my stay at Seneca, I found the hotel itself to be acceptable, but the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which had a significant impact on our stay. The rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment. While the exterior of the hotel, the lobby, and the casino look impressive, the quality does not carry through to the guest rooms. We also ate at one of the hotel’s restaurants and found the food to be inedible. When we raised our concerns with staff, we were simply told that nobody else had complained, which was not a satisfactory response. Overall, the property looks far better than it actually is. Given the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation, service, and dining. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
