“We were told our room would be ready in 45 minutes and when we came back they told us it still wasn't ready. After my Husband got upset they ended up switching us to a room that was ready across the hall. We don't know why it took my husband getting upset for them to not have done that in the first place.”

“It's an OK airport hotel to stay b4 and after your flight. Hotel is kind of old and smelly in the room too but the bed is comfy and meets the expectation regarding cleanliness. I'd come back here to stay cuz they have better rate than other hotels in tye area. You could here airplanes but it stops at night time.”

On one day, there wasn’t any syrup for the waffles, but there was sugar free syrup self served cups, but they tasted old when I tried it. “Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.”

“I stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.”

“We purposely booked this motel because we had a very early flight the next day AND we were happy to use the airport shuttle, which was very prompt, professional and protective. When our driver was pulling into the airport, he patiently waited for a good curbside parking spot and was very insistent on opening our door, etc. Motel was perfect and we slept well. We will definitely use this one again! ”
