“Buenos días Dios le bendiga el baño la agua no bajaba estaba tapado mal olor orrible más me dieron una habitación que no fue la que reserve no vuelvo”

“I’ll keep it simple… took about 15 attempts everytime with the key card to get into the room, the AC didn’t work the room was 82 degrees unless opened a window which the room filled up with smoke from the people from the other rooms smoking outside their rooms. The mini fridge freezer was frozen shut, i had to defrost it in the shower where the shower rod was broken held together with duct tape. The full size bed was a twin frame so anytime moved felt the mattress was going to flip. Also found...

“Desk staff were very helpful.”

“Rooms are a little tried. Staff was excellent”

“Great staff and welcome at front desk”

“This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.”

“Kind of funky. Bed was old, no sign on the hotel, breakfast snacks were a joke”

“The linens had a few stains which they took care of. The handle for the towel rack fell every morning on your foot. The shower door leaked all over the floor. We advised the staff and were told parts had been ordered but were back ordered. No microwave in suite. The cleaning staff was exceptional! The hotel was beautiful with all the chandeliers and the staff was helpful. There were just obvious wear and tear signs on hotel that had not been maintained.”

“The staff!!! I love that lady i left my earrings and she found them and held them for me love her”
