โI arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit.โ
โThe property is older so dont expect a more modern hotel, but it was quiet and served its purpose and breakfast is standard. Check in was smooth and the front desk lady was very nice. The only thing was no microwave in the room even though it was advertised as such, although im sure if i said something they would have fixed the issue. โ
โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ

The rooms were spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated, with unique touches that gave them a special character. I also appreciated the complimentary beverages, which added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.โ
โThe hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!โ
โIf you're looking for the Ritz Carlton, this may not be for you, but if you want something charming clean and comfortable at a reasonable price I highly recommend staying here. For Bisons fans a resonable walk to the ballpark...10 - 15 minutes.โ
