โNice facility in a good neighborhood. We liked the availability of 10 EV chargers on the premises and used one of them to charge our vehicle before we checked out.โ
โThe owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL gamesโ
โThe hotel had spotless rooms, and the service was amazing. We left four pairs of shoes at the hotel. We contacted them, and they were able to locate our missing shoes and ship them to our home.

โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ
โVery interesting building. Nice job of renovating. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour of the house and a brief history. Very nice accommodations. Breakfast was adequate, but not a highlight of the stay.โ
โWe stayed at Residence Inn for 5 days, 6 nights while I was taking a licensure exam. It was the perfect place for me to study- it was quiet and the room was conducive for study. Thereโs a lot of space. The room even has a kitchen to prepare food. We had a lovely time. โ
"I arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit."
