โThe owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL gamesโ
โI arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit.โ
โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ
โThe bed, shower/tub, and overall layout of the room are great! I booked the hotel because my wife loves Art Deco and we were not disappointed! We attended a Buffalo Bisons game that was just a few blocks away! I highly recommend Hotel Lafayette for you stay in Buffalo!โ
