“Gorgeous location - gorgeous home. Breakfast was wonderful: cider, berries, eggs, bacon, whole-grain toast. Lots of amazing touches. Most beautiful bathroom I've EVER seen. It was all the beauty and elegance of a luxury hotel, with all the privacy and calm of a B&B. Fantastic views from the windows.”

“I arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit.”

“연착되어 새벽1시쯤 도착하여 호텔셔틀이 안와서 고생했어요. 호텔에 전화연결이 안되어 너무 마음과 몸이 힘들었어요 콜 프리 번호로 연결했지만 프론트로. 다시 해보라고만 했어요 늦게 셔틀이 오긴와서 호텔에 가긴했으나 호텔측은 전화가 안되는걸 모르더군요 룸은 오래도었으나 관리되어있었고, 저렴한 가격에 조식을. 먹을수있어 다행이었네요. ”

“Perfect location to get to Buffalo Airport. Friendly staff, very helpful navigating the area. Shuttle to airport is very convenient. Pool, fitness center, hotel is nicely renovated. We could still smell the fresh paint like new car smell.:) Overall, awesome.”
