โWe had a great stay. In town for the Goo Goo Dolls concert. Staff was very friendly and hospitable, hotel was very clean, comfortable and well kept. Will definitely stay there again. โ
โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ

โThis is a beautiful well maintained property. The stayed in an updated Double room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee ๐๐. 10/10 recommend. Donโt forget ur complimentary cocktail! Will definitely visit again in the future.โ
โThe hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!โ
โI arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit.โ
โCheck in was all done virtually and responses via text were prompt. We stayed in the Madison (on the first floor) and our room was lovely. The bed was huge, and comfortable, and the shower was great.โ
