"Great location for downtown buffalo"

"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. "Clean room, staff was kind, Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of protein sources. But they had hot breakfast. "

"The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only. "

"The staff is very respectful and so helpful. Anything that was needed was achieved. Clean friendly environment. The breakfast was wonderful. I even had family that have been to other hotel's and said they never experienced the variety of things available. The kitchen staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. "Room was a bit outdated for the price. Daily paid parking is expensive. Continental breakfast is expensive for what is offered. We probably wouldnt stay again."

"Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"
