"The room was clean and tidy, even if a bit dated (1980s vibe) , it was comfy enough! The breakfast included was decent, and there was a lot of choice! We loved the fact how the gondola was less than a minute walk away."
"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."
"Friendly and helpful staff, but wifi often ultra-slow or non-existent - an on-going problem reception told me. And this $200/night hotel warns guests they'll only get one sachet of instant coffee in their room for the whole stay!"
