“Nice hotel. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. Room was mostly clean but we did have a problem with a leak from the shower which judging by the door frame being water damaged and mouldy, had been there some time! Staff were mostly very friendly with the exception of one. A little bit tight with the water (300ml a day is hardly generous, we are humans not a cacti!) Overall a mostly pleasant stay.”

“The location is perfect and the place was clean. Except for 1 pillow cover that I got (I didn't feel it was very new) haha”

“Booked a premium suite. Two nice bedrooms, comfy living room and both the balconies had amazing views of Vitosha Mountain. All the amenities you would need are there. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff were very helpful. Great location, which was quiet, but only a short walk to most of the sights. Had a great time at this hotel”
