everything was great except the fact that u can hear everyone from ur room because the hotel is build with wood so every morning the neighbours noise woke me up and also there no machine for wash ur clothes.

Great experience, the staff is lovely, the property is cozy and in a strategic area, the pool is great. Sound proofing is weak, so the quality of your stay is given by how respectful your "neighbors" are, we had a lady loudly chatting over the phone at 12.30am, I'd recommend someone from the staff to periodically check noone is too laud at night.

This property is in a great location. It’s under 10 min walk from the ferry port, under 10 mins walk to the main beach. In the centre of Holbox and super close to some of the restaurants. The rooms have good AC, but the layout of the building being made of wood can trap heat if not using AC. The property is really good but you can hear the road noise with the building style especially if events are on. Overall really good property, helpful staff and clean and very well connected

Located in the center of Holbox, walking distance to ferry and center of Holbox. Hotel is clean, room are clean. Bed is comfortable and towel are in great condition. But the check in took for ever. More than 45 minutes because the person at réception was trying to sell excursions to the customer period to us. Also some rules explanation that were exaggerated in terms of what really the hotel was all about. For exemple we were told that if you check out 5 minutes after the check out hour that you will get a penalty of $500 pesos. When I told the person at front desk the following day…. Was told that the hotel was flexible. So I believe it was probably the night shift employee that exaggerate a bit on the rules and regulations. Overall nice and clean hotel well located. Very affordable. But very basic service.

Place was alright, couple details was that bathroom didn’t have enough lighting, was kinda dark. Pool, palms, and hamacas were great! Making everything look really aesthetic and beautiful. Overall everything was really good and it is really close to downtown

Room was okay, clean and comfortable, but I couldn’t used my aphnea machine because there was no outlet close to the bed, Everyone there were nice, shopping centers, a lots of restaurants overall everything was okay, but place doesn’t look like in the pictures

Couldn't rest 😒to much noise. Staff cleaning to early. I was in the bottom floor when staff was cleaning the second floor seemed like if she was making noise in purpose 😞 (broom, door, etc)
