“We loved staff, food, beach, walk but I didn’t really see amenities, and had a hard time getting a taxi in the morning to ferry, our graveyard guy would not call for us he was afraid he’d have to pay? We missed 1st ferry but got 2 nd n still made it on time. Beach and kitchen and room attendant amazing we will return soon💜💜💜”

“This property is really beautiful and in a great location - west end of the island that didn’t have much around in previous years. It is a bit of a walk to get into town, but there are several places close by and taxis are pretty readily available. I will say that it gets dark at night around this part of the island, so be prepared to use that phone flashlight if you plan on walking! Very safe, as is the whole island really. “We had a great stay at this Hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Definitely a place I would stay at again and recommend to others!”

“Horrible!! The room is extremely small! You hit your head with the above bed all the time and has 0 space to put your bags. The room and the bathroom are super dark with very small windows! The bathroom shower is design to keep the water for days arround the stones so the bathroom and the room are constatly feeling humid. “Really pleased with the value for money at this property. For us, the location was perfect; not too far from the town (10 min walk along the beach) but away from the hustle and bustle. The room was large and clean, comfortable beds, looked to be newly renovated. The breakfast was as expected for a buffet. “Hotel Manager Isra will help with anything and solve everything ( lost phone on taxi , beach club suggestion, etc :) . Great central and relatively quiet location. Being a block off the beach was advantageous since we were walled off from the flying sand. Some of the best restaurants and shops on the island are less than a five minute walk. Great pool for days not on the beach. Even some wildlife scampering around ( raccoons ) Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Holbox . ”
