“Takywara for us is wonderful. We find it very calming & peaceful. Rooms are spacious, clean and with a nice kitchenette. Beach is beautiful, very clean, quiet & less busy at this end. The grounds are very pretty, with a tropical vibe. We like that its small hotel, very quaint. The staff is always friendly and helpful. ”

Idéalement placé à Holbox : calme et près de la plage et l'animation de la ville. Pour le petit déjeuner on vous conseil le restaurant (5 minutes à pied) qui est juste en face du refuge pour chiens et chats!”

“The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.”

“We enjoyed our stay at La Casa del Alux in February and would stay there again. It was a very positive, though not perfect, apartment in a quiet part of the town on a lagoon. We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the functional air conditioner, the very pleasant housecleaner Bety, the location, and the nice balcony with a hammock. The apartment is three blocks from the beach and two blocks away from Bilu, the best breakfast/brunch restaurant we found on the island. It was an easy 10...
