The bow DELEK Holbox (changed owners right before we got there) couldn’t have been any better. Way on the far end of Holbox away from the city and all the other hotels. Super close to Punta Coco and Passion Island where all the Flamingos are. Despite changing over systems with new ownership staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time in Holbox. Food was quite good and breakfast being included was awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone. Oh and there r water taxi’s that drop you off right on their beach from the port of Chiquila

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was spacious enough, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Breakfast, which was included, was good and enjoyable. However, we also tried having dinner at the restaurant and found the food to be very mediocre, especially considering the hotel’s standards. One important thing to consider is the location. The hotel is quite far from downtown, and each trip costs around 200 pesos, which adds up quickly. The beach in front of the hotel is small and not ideal for long walks, unlike the other side of the island (my last stay), which ended up being my favorite. Additionally, there was ongoing construction on the beach as part of the hotel’s expansion, and the noise from the equipment was noticeable and disruptive at times. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but the location, beach limitations, and construction noise are important factors to keep in mind when booking.

Spotless rooms and beautiful hotel and otherwise amazing , but my reviews are a little different because this hotel was chosen for how they could also manage my celiac disease safely. They managed , but poorly in the options and flavor of the safe selection. They really over exaggerated their abilities and underperformed with the gluten free. It required many difficult conversations, repeatedly explaining over and over to each staff and felt I was always complaining and I felt badly for it . I felt they didn't really understand how hard gluten free is or their was constant misunderstanding between them and staff and kitchen etc. I never relaxed because I was constantly stressed about food. It was hit and miss with the fixes they tried . They kept wanting me to help them correct the problems so they are trying. I hope its better for the next celiac who travels there because otherwise its amazibg and a beautiful location. .
But this gluten free fusili was delicious , but next time I ordered it was a tiny ball of mushy yuck with barely any seafood. Inconsistencies every day

Gorgeous hotel. Bedrooms and facilities were lovely and well looked after. Unfortunately the food was bland and tasteless, and the service was a little disorganised and inexperienced. For the price, I think there are better places to stay on the island.

Isaac, Reyna, Patricia and all staff members were attentive and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Location of the hotel was just what we were looking for; quiet and away from town. If you wanted to get to the hustle and bustle a Taxi (ATV) is just a call away.
