“We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Margarita. We had them (Alberto) book our tours and found that if you pay cash (dollars or colones) you save some money on your tours. We did the snorkeling (well worth the money!) - 4 different snorkeling stops, an island stop and a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant. Corcovado Park tour - make sure and take shoes to get wet getting in and out of the boat, as well as shoes to wear while touring the park (they provide a lunch at the part and you are not allowed...

Located in a beautiful rainforest setting, our room was clean, modern and comfortable and overlooked a lovely swimming pool which we used daily during our stay. Comfort is basic overall and the owners offer the option to have lunch and dinner on site with good local food. “We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights...

“I was at the last cabana on the ridge. It had a kitchen in an attached room. It was great to bring back leftovers, make coffee and enjoy local fruit. There were 2 beds, a king and queen. The shower was walk in and everything worked well and was very clean. I ate at the table on the patio, enjoyed the hammock, and entertained by a multitude of birds, ant eater and ajouti. I would definitely come back.”

“Tres bel endroit, personnel attentionné et très gentil, le barman et manager Mario est toujours disponible pour repondre aux questions et organiser des tours. À quelques pas de ma plage, la nourriture est excellente, que ce soit au dejeuner au diner ou au souper. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas d’air climatisée dans les chambres donc un peu chaud mais il y avait tout de meme un ventilateur. ”
