“Nothing. This place should be condemned and the health department should be contacted. When we arrived there was no water in the lobby and so the restroom was couldn’t be used. When we to our room, there was a full pot of cold coffee on the table. There was only one washcloth, hand towel and two bath towels. The shower was in horrible condition and no hot water this morning. The floors weren’t very clean and the grout exceptionally dirty. The floor was sticky and we found a dirty sheet...

“Comfortable and clean”

“Ok but they said breakfast and it was not a breakfast.”

“This was a very good value for the nightly rate.”

“The people who work there were friendly and helpful! The condo and the entire Dunes property was immaculate! The pool sparkling and the cleanest grill ever!! There are activities set out in the lobby. It is where we always stay when in the area!!”
