"We stayed in a family room. The hotel is very quiet and clean, staff was friendly and polite. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and old town. The only downside there is no elevator that stops on the 2nd floor and we had a few heavy suitcases. But got some help with carrying them to the room from the hotel staff. "

The attention to detail here is truly impressive—our room was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and convenient stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities: a high-quality filter for drinking water, a coffee maker for our morning, and even a compact washer and dryer in the kitchenette, which made our stay feel just like home (only better!). The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Minsk. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any request. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines ultimate comfort, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere, look no further than Basilian Minsk by Hilton. We can’t wait to return!"

"Apartment was great, spacious, clean and in an amazing location, plus not expensive at all. The only thing that was a little problematic was the communication, I never recieved any information about the key, the entrance to the building or any information relevant to my stay. We recieved a number from hotles.com platform to call if we don't recieve any information before the check in to the apartment, but after calling that number we came in contact with the apartment owner and everything was settled. All together a 9/10 rating, if the communication becomes better then it could easily be a 10/10 review. Absolutely would recommend. "

Gem of a place

"Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant. It was a very comfortable and restful night Definitely adding Zalkind to the list of favorites in Minsk. "
