โAmazing experience at Moon Palace. This hotel is great, the atmosphere, the activities and the friendliness. We loved everything about our stay. We would like to say thank you to Chad and Omar Babba, they really took care of us and were amazing. I will definitely be coming back here! โ
โGood location for where we wanted to visit dunna river and mystic mountain close to amenities near the town friendly people there to welcome and help us and very very great staff at bar and all through the lovely apartments .thank you ๐๐ฏ๐ฏโ ๐โ
โI never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
