It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. There were a couple spots within the apartment in need of attention, but if these were addressed, I'd easily rate this as a 5-star experience. The location is ideal. We were in close proximity to everything you need for a peaceful getaway.

Bem localizado mas com estrutura precisando de reformas. Bom apartamento mas tive problemas no check-in... chegando ao local estava com overbooking!!! Resolveram a situação mas foi um pouco de stress. Serviço ok. Pessoas simpáticas.

6/10 - 괜찮아요

Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom and kitchen significantly affected my stay. The toilet, shower area, and stove are all in need of renovation or replacement. I was unable to properly use the shower, and the shower floor was noticeably stained. The toilet was also stained and did not give the impression that the bathroom was being maintained to an acceptable standard. The stove was in particularly poor condition and, in my opinion, should be replaced altogether. Would I return to this property? Definitely not. Some may wonder why I did not request another room. The check-in process itself was already stressful and exhausting, and by the time we were finally settled, we were simply too tired to go through the additional hassle of trying to change rooms. Overall, the property needs some serious attention and upgrades, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen areas, before I could consider recommending it or staying there again.

First on foremost, I could not get the TV to work. Secondly, there is a hole in the wall next to the air condition inside the bathroom there was mole in the ceiling. It definitely needed a paint Work, the stove in the kitchen. I did not use it because that stove needed a new one. Cabinet doors is coming off the inches and I can go on and on and on in the living room not working.

The apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival. There was no one present to greet me, no one knew I was arriving. The refrigerator was held together by duct tape. There was no AC in the living room area. The security guard was rude.

NOT WORTH IT! Not vacation worthy at all!

Dirty apartment. No hot water and air conditioner didn’t work. Television service was awful. No onsite management or customer service. Pool was filthy. Building smelled awful and elevator went out of service. Poor customer service and terrible experience overall. Only good thing about this property is it’s location.

Awful place - avoid like the plague.

Awful place. when you get there you need to know what apartment you are renting so the front desk know who to call to let you into the room. they didnt know so i spent 30 minutes waiting while they got me a key. Room was awful - ants, roaches, see through curtains (on the ground floor) internet and tv would not work, AC unit too small to keep the room cool and the furniture is old, musty and just dirty overall. For $170 it was a rip off.

Closet stored garbage. LOCK ON REFRIDGE DOOR??? property does not meet tourist overseas rental standard. this apartment faces the parking lot only. no microwave, kettle or kitchen bin. very poor amenities overall. toilet sounded like it was backing up from next door usage. horrible, experience
