“Very professional and friendly barkeeper”

“There was a mix up with the booking as we were down as dog owners!! Then we had no towels in the room which we had to chase down so we could shower before the meal we had booked. When we got to the restaurant there was more confusion about the booking. However, the restaurant staff were great and even after an issue with our meal order it was quickly resolved. The food was excellent.”

“We enjoyed use of kitchen /dining space, which included tea, coffee, and proper dishes and utensils. We could store extra food in the refrigerator. The warming closet to hang up wet clothes was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. View of lake was lovely. Host was attentive. Great stepping off point for hiking.”
