“Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (5 and under). The room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient. Breakfast had minimal items which was in line with expectations from past reviews (milk, cereal, porridge, bread, jam, coffee). My only issue was the shower, the way it is heated doesn't provide flexibility to get the temperature correct (3 settings of cold, luke warm, burning hot). We only stayed one night so it was fine. ”

“Truly the best property in Portree. Yes you are outside of town centre, but it is within a 10 minute walk which we easily did a few times. The hotel was incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the pictures do not do it justice ! It is by far one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed . “We had a wonderful view from our room once the weather cleared up. Dinner reservations book up fast so I recommend booking in advance if you plan to have dinner there. The pub that is attached to the hotel was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and wouldn’t hesitate to return. ”

“Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge.
