“SMH, The host does not take AMEX. We had 12 days in PR, no issues but this one Host. I hope things turn around for them and wish them luck in the future. Glad we didn't stay.”

“This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. ”

Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it. It has a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner with mostly PuertoRican dishes what we ordered was very good. There’s a pool that we didn’t use but looks clean. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
