Service: 5/5 - Great services and had a really nice breakfast. They even let us park early and stay a little later into the afternoon. They also offered us the ability to use the change rooms. Comfort: 4/5 - Room was a little small but manageable. We made it work. Noise: 5/5 - Very quiet which was nice."

No issues with linens or towels being dirty or old. Service: 4/5 - Friendly staff. Small €5 fee for overnight parking. Comfort: 5/5 - We had a quad for 2 people and it was glorious. "This hotel has RUINED our standards. It was our first stop on our Dolomites roadtrip and made the other hotels we stopped at ridiculously less nice. This place is so clean, location can’t get any better, the service is great, the spa is insane, the halfboard/restaurant is delicious and worth it. They think about the details that other hotels don’t think about like cleaning windows, giving snacks with drinks, offering umbrellas, complimentary processo, live music, parking your car for you, offering the cutest little frame as a souvenir - basically, we are now spoiled and every other hotel will never compare. One tiny little thing they could improve on - some of our food (whether ordered on the menu or at the buffet) was cold or very room temperature, not something you want from pasta carbonara or scrambled eggs, for example."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
