Very bad experience

We checked in to stay for 2 nights and the AC was broken, we asked the hotel to fix it or change the room. No one cared or dud anything to help us ... We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night.

Very bad.

The room was dirty, lots of hair in the shower and overall bad condition of the room. It says that breakfast was included… but breakfast was stale bread, one slice of cheese and a cucumber for each guest. Not to recommend.

Otel değil de pansiyon demek daha doğru olur buraya. Ayrıca kahvaltı vasattı. Kettlea soğuk su koymuşlar biz kaynatalım diye. Bir çay bile demlenmemiş. Corn flakes koymuşlar ama süt yok ortada. Yumurtalar buz gibi. Bir daha gitmem mümkün değil.

Çok memnun kaldım

Yılbaşını geçirmek için gittim. Personel gayet güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı standarttı. Evcil hayvan kabul ediyo olmaları bizim için çok önemliydi. Çift kişilik odası biraz dar ama çok sorun etmedik. Banyosu güzel. Odada lavabo ve tabak, tencere vs vardı. Özellikle evcil hayvan hususundan dolayı tekrar tercih etmek istediğimbir yer.

completely new decorated cute hotel by the sea. staff was helpfull and room was clean with small kitchenette in it. basicly the value you get more than the money you paid in this hotel.
