The staff was professional. They replied my messages right away. They were polite and very helpful. The premises were new and they have great service.

Friendly, polite and helpful team (they go out of their way to assist you). Affordable stay nearby the Istanbul airport, clean modern hotel for the price you pay its a no brainer if you want to stay close to the airport. Food available nearby at local restaurants, most speak basic English). How to get there from the airport using the public bus (costs about couple of bucks) (Go downstairs and purchase the İstanbulkart 160try and add some credit to it (200try). (you will need Turkish currency). And catch the H-6 and get off at çardaktepe station (about 30minutes). To get back to the airport, catch the H-6 from the opposite side of where you got off. Hotel also offers airport shuttle from/and/back from the airport (20euros per trip). Highly recommended hotel will definitely stay here again (as I must come back 3months from now).

Only stayed for a quick overnight before early morning flight. Prebooked car transfer. The information on transfer was well noted and simple, but did have to wait for my assigned car for about 10 minutes. Room was small but comfortable. Clean bathroom with nice rain shower. I did wish the TV had clear English instructions with a list of channels. (Had to scroll through them all to finish English speaking news.) Left too early in the morning to try their breakfast although I was offered a to-go sandwich (which I politely declined). Airport transfer in the morning was on time to return to the airport.
