Friendly, polite and helpful team (they go out of their way to assist you). Affordable stay nearby the Istanbul airport, clean modern hotel for the price you pay its a no brainer if you want to stay close to the airport. Food available nearby at local restaurants, most speak basic English). How to get there from the airport using the public bus (costs about couple of bucks) (Go downstairs and purchase the İstanbulkart 160try and add some credit to it (200try). (you will need Turkish currency). And catch the H-6 and get off at çardaktepe station (about 30minutes). To get back to the airport, catch the H-6 from the opposite side of where you got off. Hotel also offers airport shuttle from/and/back from the airport (20euros per trip). Highly recommended hotel will definitely stay here again (as I must come back 3months from now).

Only stayed for a quick overnight before early morning flight. Prebooked car transfer. The information on transfer was well noted and simple, but did have to wait for my assigned car for about 10 minutes. Room was small but comfortable. Clean bathroom with nice rain shower. I did wish the TV had clear English instructions with a list of channels. (Had to scroll through them all to finish English speaking news.) Left too early in the morning to try their breakfast although I was offered a to-go sandwich (which I politely declined). Airport transfer in the morning was on time to return to the airport.

Clean room and helpful staff. Although, distance between the bed and the wall was very narrow, there is a chance one could get hurt by hitting the tv or the bed frame. Great food options nearby. Will stay here again.

Good size clean room. Only spent a night. We paid a airport shuttle during booking and worked out very well. Only drawback is the loud noise from the airplanes that woke us up several times.

Clean room and property, located in neighborhood with at least 5-6 other hotels nearby and nextdoor, just 10 minutes away from airport. The room is basic, perfect for overnight stay in transit. We did not have food on the property as we have airline lounge to use.

So, the reviews surprised me. Mainly because the staff was NOT friendly. Good thing we only stayed 2 nights. Also, the bathrooms toilet bowl water smelt like feces terribly! I don’t know if it’s the sewer water that’s connected or it’s just getting a deep clean. We literally had to put the freshener on the toilet lid.

They were help the bad people trying to murder me, I call the police department and three police officers came out but they didn't know English so the employees had to explain and they was part of the problem so I move out in five days and stay with Imam Ali I knew from Ghana West Africa that live in Turkey Instanbul.
