Gul Otel is a great place to stay! Everything was as advertised: clean room, amazing breakfast buffet, arranged airport shuttle for your best convenience. The most important thing to mention, though, is their staff. They were friendly and helpful above and beyond! Would totally recommend this hotel!

We booked Gül Hotel for our stay, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we found that the hotel looked nothing like the photos shown online. The rooms were extremely small, and the bathroom and toilet were also very small. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean. Another major issue was the location. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood, especially as travelers. In our opinion, this area is not suitable for women or families. Because of these issues, we had to leave the hotel on the very first night and book another hotel in a much better and safer location. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay.

Gul Hotel staff gave us excellent service. Hotel is centrally located close to public transport at 5 min walk. It is nearby all historic places and you can go by 15 -20 min walk as well. Breakfast is very good. It is a family run hotel and you will feel like home. I want to thank all gul hotel staff for taking care of us and especially giving love to Momin.

The hotel’s rooms are super small. We rented one for three people we hardly could fit. Besides the sheets of the beds were not super clean and we could find some long hair when we checked in. The blankets were thin and coarse and were not warming us enough. The neighborhood is very noisy and the windows do not block the noise. The only good thing about the hotel was nice staff.
