Das Hotel war voll und ich wurde in das Nachbar Hotel geschickt was Katastrophal war. NIE WIEDER!!

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel ...

Personnel sympathique sauf un collaborateur malhonnête qui a supprimé le petit déjeuner le jour de notre arrivée alors qu'il était inclus dans le séjour . Par ailleurs il a fallu discuter fortement pour avoir une chambre qui correspondait à peu près à celle payée . Hôtel non recommandé

Great boutique hotel

This is a great little hotel adjacent to the big hub of activity in the city. Convenient for just about everything you want to do and close to many, many restaurants.

Wir sind ein Nacht geblieben, die Zimmer ist groß aber die Möbel sind alt und die Handtücher sind sehr alt und die Lampen wärent an sind die geben ein komische u störende Geräusche und die Fenster über die Hauptstraße sind undicht kann man nicht ruhig schlafen u Badewanne ist klein

The staff were so kind and helpful specially Shahin who speaks English as well as Turkish. He helped us to have a comfort stay and also helped us to have our transportation with cheapest price and fastest way. He also arranged our breakfast half an hour sooner than usual to make sure we reach our flight.

O pior até hoje

O hotel é extremamente antigo e mal cuidado. O gerente grosseiro. Cheguei um dia no hotel e ele me disse que eu não havia pago o hotel, pediu meu cartão de crédito e inseriu na máquina com um determinado valor e pediu que eu colocasse a senha. Me recusei pois já havia pago a mais de 1 mês. Então ele ficou nervoso e começou a gritar que meu cartão não tinha mais limite disponível, etc etc. Um verdadeiro absurdo e falta de preparo profissional. Não volto e não recomendo.

Better options closer to Taksim for similar price

Ok place for an overnight but quite dated and tired. Also, 10 - 15 min walk to main bar and restaurant area as there is nothing close to the hotel to get a meal or have a drink

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal,freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank Fatih, Can, Sahin,... Auch ein Lob an die 2 Putzfrauen. Kleines, aber ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und in gutem Zustand. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Istiklal Caddesi ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Loistava hinta-laatusuhde

Santa Hillin hinta-laatusuhde on lyomaton. Hotelli on kaikin puolin ok ja hinta todella edullinen. Suosittelen kaikille paitsi lapsiperheille ja liikuntaesteisille. Navigointi esim. lastenkarryn kanssa on hieman hankalaa hotellissa ja hotellin ymparistossa.

좋기도 나쁘기도

직원은 친절했습니다. 이스탄불에서 안좋은일이 있었는데 그걸알고 방도 더 좋은곳으로 업그레이드해주고... 아침도 종류는작지만 맛은괜찮아요. 다만 이불이 상당히 지저분해서 찝찝했고 탁심광장에서 거리가 좀되서 캐리어끌고가기 매우힘든... 길도 지저분 울퉁불퉁... 큰길가라 몇번오가면 찾긴쉬워요

Amazing value for money!

We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Hill; it was quite easy to get there from Taksim Square (10-15 minutes walk) and they immediately checked us in. The room was spacious enough for both of us, and we even had a balcony! Our room was in the top floor, where ceilings are low, particularly in the shower which was a bit incovenient for me, but still managed to get a nice warm shower (pressure was not great, but we managed!) Breakfast doesn't have such a great variety, but it is filling and there are some good local products. We were most impressed by the service in the hotel; we didn't require much, but everyone seemed eager to help even if there was a bit of a language barrier.

Schnuckeliges,komfortables,schönes Stadthotel!

Ich und mein Mann sind beeindruckt von der schöne. Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer.Vorallem die Betten... So gut wie auf diese Matratzen habe ich lange nicht mehr geschlafen.Das Hotel hat wirklich gut in die moderne Ausstattung investiert.Ich habe mich über die Matratze informiert und mir genau so eine angeschafft als ich wieder Zuhause war.Das Personal war sehr nett und ging auf einzelne Wünsche ein.Die Lage war auch ganz in Ordnung.würde ich immer wieder gerne hingehen und kann es gut empfehlen.Daumen hoch!

Super Hotel!!!!!

Ich kann diese Hotel absolut empfehlen. Die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich sehr gut! Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück morgens ist nichts aufregendes,aber für diesen Preis völlig in Ordnung. Das Design des Hotel gefiel mir auch sehr gut. Insbesondere das Zimmer war sehr schön. Einzige Minuspunkt: Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße, die "gefährlich" ist. Jedoch liegt das Hotel am Ende dieser Straße, so dass man lediglich die Straßenseite wechsel will und sich dem entziehen kann. Passiert ist uns auch nichts!

Hotel Santa Hill, Taksim Beyoğlu'nun büyülü atmosferine oldukça yakın olarak konumlandırılmış küçük ama şık bir butik otel. Öyle ki, otelin kapısının önünden karşıya çıkıp tırmanmaya başladığınızda kısa süre sonra Galatasaray Lisesi çevresine varmış olduğunuzu göreceksiniz. Ancak, Odaların çok ses geçiriyor oluşu ise bir o kadar sinir bozucu... Kahvaltı menüsünü otelin fiyat performans skalasına göre değerlendirdiğimizde tatminkar diyebilirim. Kahvaltının saat 07.00'de verilmeye başlanması çalışanlar için çok büyük bir artı... Hotels.com üzerinden gerçekleştirmiş olduğum bu konaklamamda büyük yatak istememe karşın bu isteğimin göz ardı edilmiş olması canımı bir nebze sıkmış olsa da ana hatları ile Taksim civarında konforlu ve uygun bir arayışınız var ise değerlendirebilirsiniz.

gutes Hotel, gute Lage

angenehmer Aufenthalt, nichts auszusetzen. Das Bad war sehr schön und frisch renoviert und auch der große Balkon mit Blick auf das goldene Horn hat uns besonders gefallen.
