I stayed at the Mineo Hotel for three nights. Overall, their services were good. The location was perfect for visiting Taksim Meydan, Istiklal Street, and it was very close to public transport. Hotel management was very cooperative.

The staff was great! While the breakfast was just okay and the rooms were a bit small, the stay was definitely worth the price. A word of caution: be wary of people near the hotel trying to lure you into their restaurants; they are likely trying to scam you.

Staff were not professional and have negative attitude. Breakfast was awful. People were smoking next door.

Cleanliness is questionable after I experienced food poisoning after having a breakfast at the hotel. The room is compact lacking adequate counter space to place belongings on. Cigarette smoking can be smelled in room. Air conditioning is not working and night service staff was unhelpful.

Lovely vibes and clean room The AC was not working well, the weather was hot while we were sweaty in the room. We called the reception, and they told us it is standard because we are in October. So the problem was not fixed.
