"really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude."

"The Hotel was wonderful, the staff very friendly, there was 15 in our party and check in was efficient and done so we did not have to wait. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also the tropical bird park next door is worth it to!"
