Natal no Hotel clube mar azul

Funcionários atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura para receber casais ou famílias com crianças. Piscina limpa e agradável, com ótimo entorno. Possui também um campinho de futebol gramado, churrasqueira e estacionamento.

Pelas fotos imaginei ser melhor, o preço no condiz ao hotel, muitas coisas estragadas, hotel super simples, o café da manhã decepcionante, suco artificial, cheio de açúcar, não tinha água, poucas opções,, a unica lugar agradável foi a piscina. De 0 a 10 daria 4, infelizmente.

Lugar limpo, tranquilo, piscina ótima, quarto bom, espaçoso, tive que pedir um frigobar senão ficaria sem durante toda a estadia. Perto da praia (uma quadra). Café da manhã regular (o leite não estava gelado) e poucas opções. Os funcionários tomam café no mesmo horário dos hóspedes, por dois dias tive que esperar uma funcionária usar a sanduicheira para eu poder usar depois. E por falar em funcionários, em quatro dias, só vi duas usando máscara de proteção, nem as que trabalham na cozinha e nem a arrumadeira usam. No dia seguinte que cheguei houve uma festa com aproximadamente 20 pessoas, nenhuma com máscara. Hóspedes sem máscara circulando pelo hotel não são abordados. Coloquem uma câmera na entrada do estacionamento, assim não preciso parar o carro, ir até a recepção e pedir pra abrir o portão, uma vez que a placa do carro é anotada na recepção.

O atendimento é bom. Mas o hotel tem uns pontos negativo, os colchões e travesseiros são horríveis e com cheiro de mofo, a porta do frigobar não veda , a tv não tem controle e pega bem ruim.e a piscina estava suja.
