"This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there."

"Has a cafe bar which is used for meals and has lovely food, the management and staff are really helpful. Loads of parking. No aircon but that is something they could look at going forward."

"Nice modern clean hotel. Rooms are very small. Location is isolated if you don’t have a car."

"Room was nice and clean. My stay was during a heatwave so room was too hot (no a/c) however a fan was provided which was helpful. Breakfast was good. A few upgrades would have made it excellent (e.g. something besides "basic" bread and bottles of ketchup rather than just an open bowl of it on the side). Staff were very pleasant ad helpful. Nice and close to Royal Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays"

"The bed was super comfy and a king size. Towels were fluffy and big. Room was hot but it was the time of the heatwave and a fan was already in the room so all good. The breakfast was delicious and loads of it. The staff were also great, particularly Jimmy who showed us to our room, he served us a pint and said that if it was not up to standard, to let him know and he’d change it! All great customer service, all round from everyone at the Nags Head - well done all!"
