Never cleaned the room toiletpaper never replaced when empty television didn't work. I paid for a room for 2 and they took out 1 of the 2 towels. Wall very dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Amazon (luxury) room and it was great. Loved the bed ! Firm and really comfortable! Soaker tub and complimentary wine was also nice.
